Expectations

Students are expected to:

  • Arrive on time to every session

  • Actively engage in the lesson

  • Be in a quiet space for the lesson

  • Be respectful

Parents are expected to:

  • Ensure your child has a quiet space for their lesson

  • Check emails regularly for class updates

  • Keep us up to date with contact information

  • Communicate any concerns with us promptly

Payment and Cancellation

Safeguarding

Payment for group sessions is via weekly subscription. Missed classes are non-refundable but there will be a recording of the session available to be watched.

If you wish to cancel your subscription email us at least 48 hours before your next payment is due

Disclaimer

Obviously we cannot guarantee specific grades as a result of attending our classes because at the end of the day it depends on the amount of work put in by the student and performance on the day of the exam.

Recordings

All sessions are recorded and available for catch up purposes and revision. They should not be downloaded or distributed in anyway

All our teachers hold QTS and a DBS and are committed to safeguarding everyone attending our sessions.
